about

Hello!

My name is Sarah Elizabeth.
My identity is firmly rooted in The Gospel of Jesus Christ, my Lord and Savior.

I am in my 20s, married to the man of my dreams, and loving every minute of it.

I am a Southern California girl who can’t get enough sun or freckles!

My passion is for my home.
I love cooking, cleaning, baking, gardening, and creating. The desire of my heart is to build a place where my husband, family and friends feel safe, loved, and served. Home is where you experience so much of life everyday: we love, eat, relax, laugh, cry, converse, sleep, grow! I love being home.
The joy I receive from pouring my heart into my home is tremendous and so rewarding.

My intention in writing this blog is to give glory to God for the abundant life He has both promised and blessed me with. Life is full of so many wonderful truths, people, and things. I have lots of favorites, including: hubby, tea, chapstick, sushi, laughing,
dance parties, my KitchenAid mixer, bike riding, ice cream and many more!

In my kitchen, I have a framed quote by Julia Child (picture below), and I think it sums up how I try to live this abundant life that I’ve been given:
“Find something you are passionate about and keep tremendously interested in it.”
Amen!

So that’s me. Thank you for reading!

That’s just one thing that makes WordPress sites a little on the frustrating side.
